Core of Development is a consultancy and support company with over 25 years of experience working with complex development projects in medium and multinational, large companies. In contrast to most other providers in the consultancy market, COD focuses on supporting clients by engaging their people in the execution of operational and strategic plans. This is enabled by a proprietary concept, including a solid toolbox with ways of working and structures to ensure that decisions are made and executed. COD provides the means to make leadership a consistent process with methods that develop a craftsmanship for team and company development.
