Core of Development | Open Training Module 1

Core of Development (COD) supports companies with methods to fully involve people in a transparent and systematic way of working. The core concept revolves around dealing with challenges in an empowering way using open questions, and execution based on common agreements to ensure that each team works with the right thing, in the right way.

During two full days, you will learn to secure efficient decision-making in meetings, execution through coaching, and practical empowering leadership. You will also create a plan for implementing this in your daily work.

Where will the training be held?

Core of Development HQ, Björklundabacken 3, 436 57 Hovås, Sweden.

When does the training start/end?

The training starts at 08:30 CET and ends at roughly 17:00 CET both days. "Fika", breaks and lunch are included in this time.

Do I need to bring any material?

No. All material (such as pens, notepad, workbook etc.) will be provided at site.

How do I get there?

From Gothenburg city, take bus X2 to "Brottkärrsmotet". From the station it is a 2 min walk to the office.

Can I pay in other currencies than Euro?

Yes. Participants from Sweden will be invoiced in SEK.

Who is the training for?

Due to the nature of the material and the CoD concept, the training is applicable to and beneficial for all levels. Most of our participants have a leadership role or indirectly lead a variety of teams, i.e. within project management.
